Mr. Billie Joe Warren, 74, of Chestnut Ridge Church Road, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at home.
A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Evans L.. Warren and Pashie Parrish Warren.
He served in the Air Force and was retired from E.V. Williams Construction in Virginia.
He was a member of Christian * Freedom Baptist church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Billy Joe Warren Jr., and two daughters, Olivia D. Warren and Mary Jo Dean.
He is survived by his wife, Syble L. Warren; sons, Garry D Warren and wife, Angela, and William E Fleenor; daughters, Audry Toney and husband, Mark, Donna Blake and husband, Mike, Patricia Stroupe, and Karen Carley and fiancé,. Wesley Hopkins; and brothers, Roger Warren and Colon Warren. He will be greatly missed by his 29 grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 ‘p.m. Christian Freedom Baptist Church .

With tear-filled eyes we watched him suffer and fade away.Although we loved him deeply,we could not make him stay.
A golden heart stoped beating ,hard-working hands put to rest.God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best,

Billie Joe Warren went to be with jesus on December 22 2006
His little weak heart just stopped.This is going on his first year in heaven!!!
And he is so sadly missed by all his family and friends.

We've raised our kids and cried a few tears.

All the times we've had and shared together. I have to say it feels like forever.
It's you that I love and charish the most. Gods really blessed us and looks down on us both.
